How we do it
We form partnerships with organizations to benefit the players and coaches in that association. Each partnership is unique in order to fit the needs and mission of the organization.

Who we are
We have over 30 years of experience working with players, coaches, and clubs. In fact, our lead director has 17 years of experience with a super club in a variety of on field and administrative roles. Coaches and directors with SS360 hold coaching licenses, have played the game, and have experience working with children. Our staff experience literally ranges from a coach who has helped prepare a team for a Men’s World Cup, to coaches ready to implement our SS360 juniors program. We have staff qualified to meet your needs.

Director John Dingle
John has spent over thirty years working with young soccer players and developing youth soccer programs. During this period, John has been instrumental in implementing new coaching methods and new coaching activities to ensure player development.

John spent 17 years with the Soccer Association of Columbia in a variety of roles that has served as an apprenticeship for Soccer Source 360. While with SAC, John experienced all of the field and administrative roles associated with modern day club management. He worked with players and coaches throughout the entire commitment/convenience spectrum. He is the longest serving member of the MSYSA’s coaching education staff and has authored numerous coaching manuals and articles on coaching soccer.
